The summary of 2020 and plans for 2021

The end of the year is a traditional time for summaries and making plans for the coming 12 months. For us, it is a subsequent occasion to present our achievements and state our plans, as well as recall our most relevant values. 

In 2020, we planned to celebrate Unisystem’s 25th anniversary buzzingly. However, the pandemic’s restrictions rained on our’s parade. Regarding the health and safety of our employees and clients, we decided to withdraw from planned events, as well as trade fairs and conferences. Considering the dynamically changing epidemic situation, we also have changed our work organization, adjusting to the sanitary regime’s rules. 

We had to verify our financial plans. We could not gain our assumed target, but still, we kept last year’s level of revenues, which we consider as a success, regarding the global crisis, broken supply chains, and lockdowns. The stable financial situation let us think about a big investment: the reconstruction of our headquarters. We completed the project phase in June, which allowed us to begin the construction works in November. The new company’s residence will be quadruply extended (compared to the current one).

We think of 2021 as the year of expansion – we are going to extend production and storage spaces, invest in new assembly lines, expand the export department. The developing technologies and raising awareness of information society make us aim for the sky. Invariably, we want our company, Unisystem, to be associated with innovativeness, professionalism, knowledge, and unconventional as well as reliable solutions. 

We know that this development will not be possible without our employees. This year, we hired a few people, but still, it is not enough – we are looking for candidates (check our open positions here). The U-Team members are the best specialists in their areas, who are motivated to continue improving their skills. 

We want to thank you for your engagement – cooperation, encouragement, and all kind words. It is significant for us, especially at a hard time of the pandemic. 

We wish you health, which is now the prime value, a lot of patience and happiness, which help to optimistically look at the future. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
