RVT50UQBNWC04 – IoT display from Riverdi Co.

RVT50UQBNWC04 (also known as RiTFT-50-CAP-UX) is 5.0-inch LCD-TFT display module with 800×480 resolution (landscape view) from Riverdi Co. and BT815 controller, that enables using the following interfaces: SPI. The module is equipped with an Edge LED backlight, capacitive touch screen, LED inverter, a decorative glass and 0.5 mm foam DST. The display characterizes with a brightness of 510 cd/m², a static contrast ratio of 500:1 and an ability to work in the industrial temperature range (-20~70°C).

Thanks to using a matrix with IPS/MVA technology (or variants), display is readable from any angle. There is no gray scale inversion effect which is a normal feature of popular TN matrixes. A decrease in contrast when increasing the viewing angle is also significantly lower.
